Description
We are seeking a creative and versatile individual with skills in graphic design, content creation, and video production to elevate Mauer Automotive Group's brand presence across social media, web, and digital platforms. This role combines visual storytelling, technical editing, and creative design to engage guests, showcase inventory, and support dealership marketing campaigns.
- Design digital/print assets: banners, flyers, email graphics, signage (internal/external), web sliders.
- Film, edit, and produce short- and long-form video content (vehicle walkarounds, customer testimonials, commercials, social reels, internal videos).
- Manage and schedule content for social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Collaborate with sales & service teams to create promotional campaigns to build social audiences.
- Participate in promotional activation campaigns, which may be weekend or evenings.
- Produce and edit video content: walkarounds, customer stories, special promos, social reels.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms and creative outputs.
- Measure content performance by analyzing engagement, reach, and conversion, and refine strategy accordingly, with Marketing Manager.
- Assist with light photography for social or web use.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or video production (agency, retail, or automotive preferred).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Strong grasp of social media trends and engagement strategies, including building social followers.

Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Primarily office-based work environment

May require occasional travel between dealership locations.

Ability to work extended hours during month-end closing and year-end processes.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to influence management on process improvements.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
