RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Draft and prepare comprehensive discovery requests, subpoenas, and manage e-discovery workflows, including e-document management and legal research.
- Administer document production through discovery platforms ensuring adherence to the discovery timeline.
- Systematically organize and maintain exhibits and comprehensive case files (both electronic and physical).
- Perform advanced legal research and navigating various court dockets for document retrieval and downloading.
- Support additional initiatives as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Experience with case management a e-Discovery software (Everlaw, CSDisco, Relativity, Disco, or similar) is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
