We are partnering with an Am Law 100 firm to hire a Business Development Manager to support high-impact litigation and industry-focused practices.
This role sits within a collaborative marketing and business development team and will play a key part in driving strategic growth initiatives, supporting complex pitch opportunities, and elevating the firm’s market presence across multiple practice areas.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading proactive marketing and business development initiatives
• Developing compelling pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
• Managing submissions for industry rankings and awards
• Supporting conferences, sponsorships, and thought leadership efforts
• Conducting strategic market and client research
• Maintaining marketing collateral and experience databases
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership
The ideal candidate will bring:
• 6 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of litigation and/or industry-focused practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and proposal tools
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
