Legal Assistant -- Litigation
We're looking for a skilled and detail-driven Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Department in the rapidly growing office of an AM200 law firm in San Francisco. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping the legal team running smoothly, from managing court filings to supporting complex litigation from start to finish.
Salary: 90k-105k DOE
What You'll Do
- Prepare and organize documents for state and federal court filings, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.
- Handle e-filing across a range of state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
- Draft and process correspondence, memoranda, and complex legal documents; maintain organized electronic files.
- Manage new client intake and ongoing file maintenance using the firm's electronic records management system.
- Coordinate billing, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
- Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for clients, attorneys, and staff.

Required Experience

Candidates must also have hands-on experience with e-filing, document management systems (NetDocs experience is a plus), and time and billing platforms (Elite experience is a bonus).
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
