Our client-centered, quality-driven approach is backed by extensive experience and an unwavering commitment to design excellence.

The Role

As our Construction Administration Director, you'll spearhead all construction-phase operations, ensuring our designs are executed with precision and our quality standards are maintained from groundbreaking through project closeout. You'll serve as the vital connection between the design team, clients, and contractors—directing communication, site strategy, and field documentation. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the firm on job sites—championing design integrity and client objectives
  • Lead or delegate site visits, construction progress meetings, and milestone observations
  • Monitor construction activities for compliance with contract documents and design intent
  • Identify discrepancies or site issues early and communicate with clarity and urgency
  • Coordinate RFI responses, submittal reviews, and contractor inquiries
  • Maintain consistency and transparency using internal systems such as OneNote, checklists, and logs
  • Observe critical project stages (foundation, framing, weather barriers, interior finishes) and document findings
  • Ensure adherence to AIA contract standards (A201), Division 01 requirements, and applicable building codes
  • Foster a collaborative, observation-based field presence that promotes continuous feedback and resolution
  • Escalate significant construction deviations and assist in preparing design clarifications or revisions
