Sales Development Support
The Sales Development Support role is responsible for supporting sales executives, managing project timelines, coordinating client requests, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and customers.
Requirements of the Sales Development Support
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, client services, marketing, or account coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities of the Sales Development Support
- Enter and manage project briefs for assigned Sales Executives
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and shipment schedules
- Coordinate communication between Sales, Marketing, Fragrance Development, R&D, Regulatory, Logistics, Customer Service, and Leadership teams
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to clients and internal teams
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting recaps and follow-up items
- Maintain accurate customer and project information within the CRM system
- Coordinate regulatory documentation and project-related materials
- Support customer presentations, sample coordination, and shipment tracking
- Track project wins, losses, and client engagement activity
- Provide reporting and project activity updates to Sales Executives and leadership
- Assist with marketing initiatives, trend collections, and customer engagement efforts
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and support sales-related activities as needed
1st shift, DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience
