Unique VP of Finance opportunity, with a local high-prestige brand name service company, looking to deploy business finance transformation. This is a hands-on VP of Finance role, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, accounting ops, inventory, FP&A, data analytics, banking, insurance, and 3rd party relations, tax and audit primary liaison. Establish KPI’s, financial metrics, ERP selection and implementation. Work under a skilled and savvy President, partnering for strategic planning, growth, and utilizing new technology and systems to enhance efficiencies and business performance. Manage a team of 4 in accounting & finance. Ideal for 10 years, CPA or MBA (or both), background in manufacturing/inventory, retail, and/or service industries. Comp range $175-200K DOE, bonus potential, excellent benefits, significant travel benefits. Onsite role in Kirkland.
