As a Senior AI Project Manager, you will work alongside multidisciplinary technical and strategy teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives for clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project & Delivery Management
Lead the full lifecycle of AI and software development projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Facilitate effective collaboration across technical and strategy teams while developing team capability.
When serving as a Product Owner, translate business needs into actionable development work.

What You’ll Be Doing
Project & Delivery Management
Lead the full lifecycle of AI and software development projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Manage end-to-end project execution
- Oversee project governance (scope, staffing, statements of work, timelines, risk mitigation)
- Coordinate with project leads to maintain client alignment and escalate appropriately
- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations
- Define realistic project scopes to support sustainable delivery
- Manage financial health (budgets, forecasting, invoicing)
Facilitate effective collaboration across technical and strategy teams while developing team capability.
- Coach and mentor project team members, clients, and new hires
- Promote delivery excellence through retrospectives and continuous improvement
- Drive clarity, alignment, and effective communication
- Work with project leads to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
When serving as a Product Owner, translate business needs into actionable development work.
- Convert client and end-user needs into solution requirements
- Represent the customer perspective to guide development
- Manage and refine product backlogs
- Make real-time scope tradeoff decisions to maintain momentum and value
- Identify growth and innovation opportunities within engagements
- Experience delivering complex software initiatives in a consulting or professional services setting; familiarity with AI, data, or emerging technologies is strongly preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate team/client needs and communicate clearly across stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and navigating ambiguity
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects or programs from ideation through delivery
- Ability to adapt in environments with shifting priorities or experimental work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with both agile and traditional delivery methodologies
- Professional credentials (e.g., PMP, CSM) are beneficial but not required
- A systems thinker who enjoys refining delivery processes for scalability and efficiency
- A collaborative, empathetic leader who supports team development and fosters shared ownership and continuous learning
