Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to professionals through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Deliver short-term coverage for team members as business needs require.
- Adapt quickly to varying work styles and support preferences across multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion while managing sensitive information.
- Process high-volume administrative requests through centralized systems.
- Prepare and distribute research materials, reports, and other business documentation.
- Update records and maintain accurate data across internal systems.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service levels.
- Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting competing deadlines.
- Monitor task progress and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues independently, and escalate when appropriate.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Utilize business applications and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational excellence.

- Maintain clear, concise communication with colleagues and business partners.
- 2 years of administrative, executive support, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting internal teams.
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Experience with expense management platforms such as Concur.
- Familiarity with financial or research platforms such as FactSet.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools.
- Previous experience supporting professionals within financial services, consulting, or corporate environments.
- Experience managing high-volume administrative workflows.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Salary : $36
