Are you passionate about leveraging technology to deliver seamless, impactful events? MathWorks is seeking an experienced Event Technology Manager to join our Corporate Events Team, supporting large-scale events from planning to execution.

Position Responsibilities:
- Event Technology Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners (including BigMarker, Cvent, Sessionboard, and others), overseeing all technical aspects of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Technology Strategy & Implementation: Identify organizational needs, collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and select new tools, and lead the rollout and adoption of event technology solutions.
- Platform Management: Oversee the end-to-end setup, configuration, and execution of event platforms. Optimize the attendee experience, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless event-day operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, legal, procurement, agency, and technical teams to define requirements, implement integrations, and coordinate deliverables.
- Data & Analytics: Capture, analyze, and report on event metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Develop best practices, backend processes, and documentation to streamline event production and post-event data management.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee technology budgets, and track bugs, feature requests, and platform enhancements.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all event technologies and platforms comply with IT and data security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of professional experience (or Master’s and 5 years, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in delivering commercial in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Experience with event tech platforms, registration tools, and marketing automation.
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite); experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver actionable insights and detailed reports.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
Salary : $103,100 - $165,000
