Responsibilities
More specifically, you will:
- Contribute to high-impact technical projects with teams in the Quality Engineering department that match your background and professional interests.
- Build a range of Software Engineering in Test skills, including automated testing, designing and developing test strategies, procedures, and testing frameworks.
- Gain an understanding of customer workflows and deep product knowledge by solving complex technical issues for our customers. Work directly with top engineers and scientists that are making an impact with our tools in the world.
- Develop leadership skills through opportunities to initiate and lead process improvements, and coach and mentor others. Benefit from extensive learning opportunities through training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing forums.
- Transition to a team within the Quality Engineering department to build a successful career and help develop the highest quality software for MathWorks customers.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- B.S. in Computer/Electrical/Mechanical/BioMedical Engineering with a strong academic record
- Experience or interest in software testing and building testing frameworks
- Familiarity designing engineering systems
- Experience with programming languages or computational tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C , or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving, time management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a willingness to explore new engineering tools and technologies, including AI-assisted workflows
- Experience with MathWorks products such as MATLAB and Simulink is a plus, but not required
- Experience in engineering domains such as Control Theory, Embedded Systems, or Signal Processing is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
