What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager Marketing Technology position at Alexander Technology Group?
Product Manager, Marketing Technology
We are hiring a Product Manager, Marketing Technology for a newly created role focused on customer experience, loyalty, and the technology that supports how customers engage across digital and physical channels.
This person will own and help shape the roadmap for customer-facing marketing technology, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM, event collection, attribution, personalization, segmentation, and loyalty.
The organization is currently evaluating new CDP and CRM technology, including platforms such as Braze, Iterable, and Blueshift. Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, integrating, or owning similar platforms will be highly relevant.
This is not a Product Manager role where you simply write requirements and hand them to Engineering. The team is looking for someone who is hands-on and comfortable prototyping, building POCs, testing ideas, and figuring out what works before scaling a solution.
What You'll Do
Practical AI experience is a strong plus. This could include using AI within a customer-facing product, building an AI-enabled prototype, improving an internal workflow, or incorporating AI into product discovery and experimentation.
Experience within retail, convenience, grocery, restaurant/QSR, hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or another high-volume B2C environment with a significant loyalty or customer engagement program is particularly relevant.
Salary: $118K–$177K base 10% bonus
