π Head of Community Content
Location: Remote in the US or In-Office (Scottsdale, AZ)
Salary: $95Kβ$115K / year benefits
About AI Advantage by Mastermind AI Advantage, part of the Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi ecosystem, is building a human-centered AI education platform for entrepreneurs, business owners, creators, and professionals who want more leverage, more confidence, and more time back.
We don't sell content. We sell time. A $37/month investment is meant to return 2β5 hours every week, hundreds of hours every year. That's the promise this role is built to deliver on.
We're growing quickly and looking for a Head of Community Content to own the editorial engine that makes that promise real. Every Hack, Guide, Course, and Masterclass that reaches our 60,000 members passes through this role. You're not building the system from scratch. You're the person who runs it at the standard it deserves.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Community Content, you own the quality and production of all educational content published to the AIA community. That means seven active content streams:
- Hacks of the Week (4/month): bite-sized, immediately actionable AI tips. You own the full production cycle from topic selection to publish.
- Community Guides (2/month): step-by-step walkthroughs delivering a clear member win in under 30 minutes.
- Courses (ongoing): multi-module video tutorials. You own editorial review of written materials and quality control before publish.
- Masterclass content (monthly): live workshops with guests. You review materials for accuracy and level-appropriateness before event day.
- AI Tools documentation: when we build member-facing tools, you write or commission the user guide.
You'll lead a small team (a content writer and a designer), own the content calendar, and be the custodian of the editorial standards documents that keep everything coherent as we scale.
THE CORE SKILL
Translation ability. The curriculum team builds powerful, sometimes complex AI workflows. Your job is to ensure everything that reaches the community is accessible to someone at any level without dumbing it down. This is the single editorial skill that separates a fit from a miss on this role.
β WHAT YOU BRING
- 4 years in content, editorial, or learning design, ideally inside an EdTech, membership, or community business
- Proven editorial judgment. You've made the call between "ship it" and "send it back" hundreds of times.
- Experience leading a small content team (2 direct reports), including reviewing and developing other writers
- Strong AI fluency. You use Claude or ChatGPT daily as a working collaborator, not occasionally as a novelty.
- Owned a monthly content rhythm for 12 consecutive months and shipped it consistently
- Can QC fast: read a guide and know within minutes whether it's beginner-accessible, factually correct, and structurally sound
- Comfortable working alongside a founder with strong content opinions and a curriculum builder with deep technical knowledge
β NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with online community platforms (Circle, Mighty Networks, Skool)
- Background in AI or tech education, with comfort integrating new tool launches into content quickly
- Experience designing or QC-ing online courses and learning paths
- Familiarity with Claude Projects, custom instructions, or structured AI workflows
- Background as a teacher, instructional designer, or trainer
Why This Role
The engine is already built. Editorial blueprints for every content format. A three-level learning progression that tells you exactly who each piece is for. An AI pipeline that handles first drafts. A team that handles the volume.
What the system doesn't have yet is the person who makes it cohere.
That's the editorial voice. The quality gate. The one who reads a draft and knows in five minutes whether a Day-1 member can follow it and a Day-300 member still respects it. The one who sends it back when it isn't ready and approves it when it is, and can tell the writer exactly why in both cases.
If that's the role you've been waiting for, this is it.
