About the Position
We're looking for a dynamic, passionate, and driven Sales Development / Appointment Setter to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Sales Setter, you are the first point of contact for high-intent prospects looking to improve their lives, businesses, and income.
- Drive high-volume outbound activity
- Qualify and engage prospects
- Book high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Create urgency and move people to action
This is a repetition-heavy, performance-driven role where output = income.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 150 outbound dials per day
- High daily activity across: Calls, Texts, Emails
- Consistent booking targets tied to performance
- Operate inside a structured, KPI-driven environment
Who You Are:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus, but we’re open to candidates who have the right drive and willingness to learn.
- A passion for personal development, coaching, or self-improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with high-volume dialing (150 calls per day) and working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site (4 days/week) in Scottsdale, AZ (Friday is a flex/work-from-home day).
- OTE: Target earnings for this role range from $75K , uncapped commission, contingent on performance. This includes base salary performance-based incentives.
