Position Overview
We're hiring highly motivated Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to help us expand our customer base. This is a commission-only position designed for individuals who want unlimited earning potential and are confident in their ability to communicate with homeowners.
Your responsibility is simple: introduce homeowners to our services and schedule qualified appointments. The more appointments you generate, the more you earn. There are no income caps—your success is directly tied to your effort.
No previous experience is required. We provide training, proven scripts, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Phoenix Valley.
- Speak professionally with homeowners.
- Explain our services and create interest.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our team.
- Record appointments accurately.
- Represent Glass Glow with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Continuously improve through coaching and training.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable talking with new people every day.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity.
There is no cap on earnings. Your income is determined entirely by your performance. Individuals who consistently put in the effort and follow our training have the opportunity to earn well above what traditional hourly positions offer.
