Your Responsibilities as a Sales Inspector:

• Receive comprehensive, paid training to become a Certified Waterproofing Expert and/or Certified Foundation Repair Expert.
• Conduct scheduled appointments provided by us at times convenient for customers.
• Perform a detailed inspection of the homeowner’s concerns, present findings and tailored solutions during the visit.
• Adhere to company procedures to ensure customers are fully informed and confident in the recommended products and solutions.
• Maintain professional and efficient communication with all parties involved and with internal departments to best provide WOW service to every customer, every time.
• Uphold company reputation and professionalism in every internal and external interaction.

• Comfortable with walking/crawling in tight spaces
• Work well with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation:

• Pay: 3–4-month training pay commission. After training, it is 100% commission based. $100K in annual earnings potential, with top performers earning $200K in uncapped commissions.
