Cleaning Technician
Part time, evening cleaning position in the Saco area. You will be working alone and independently. Must have reliable transportation. The job is 6 days a week, 4 hours per day (24 hours per week), Monday thru Friday after 9.00 pm and Saturday after 8pm or any time on Sunday whatever works best for you. All supplies and equipment are provided by the company and kept at each location.
Must be honest, reliable and able to pass a background check. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, restroom cleaning, wash floors with floor scrubber and mop, dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties
- Reliable transportation
