The Role We're looking for an experienced, versatile Stone Setter to join our production team in Chicago near Midway International Airport. You'll work alongside fellow setters, polishers, bench jewelers, and our QC team — reporting to the Production Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate availability.
What You'll Do
- Set all stone types across a variety of setting styles, including prong, bezel, pavé, channel, bead/bright-cut, and others
- Work on a mix of production and custom fine jewelry pieces
- Collaborate closely with the bench and QC team to maintain our high quality standards
- Handle stones of all sizes and shapes with precision and care
What We're Looking For
- Seasoned, professional stone setter with significant hands-on experience
- Proficiency in all major setting styles and stone types
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment without sacrificing craftsmanship
- Team player who communicates well across departments
Compensation & Schedule
- $30 – $40/hr based on experience
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-time, on-site
