The Role We're looking for a skilled Polisher and Finisher to join our production team in Chicago near Midway International Airport. You'll work alongside stone setters, bench jewelers, and our QC team — reporting to the Production Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate availability.
What You'll Do
- Polish and finish fine jewelry pieces to a high-quality standard
- Work across a range of metals including gold (all karats) and Platinum 950 with ruthenium
- Collaborate with the bench and QC team to ensure pieces meet our quality standards
- Handle production and custom pieces with care and consistency
What We're Looking For
- Experience polishing and finishing fine jewelry — minimum 1-2 years experience
- Proficiency working with gold and platinum alloys
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to a clean, high-quality finish
- Ability to work consistently in a production environment
- Team player who works well across departments
Compensation & Schedule
- $25 – $30/hr based on experience
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-time, on-site
