- Massman Companies, Inc is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner to support the ADCO business unit in Sanger, CA. ADCO recently merged into Massman and the HR team is involved in the two great companies building forward together! We are looking for someone who is a tireless advocate for employee wellbeing and business success.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field; or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the Human Resources field as a People Partner/ or Human Resources Business Partner.
- Ability to establish and building positive business relationships.
- Ability to proactively manage internal stakeholder’s expectations and fulfill the Human Resources deliverables.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves as needed.
- Aptitude to collaborate with others and work with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in business-related computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
