Brief Description
We here at Massman Companies are seeking a detail-oriented Service Administrator at our Alexandria, MN site. This role will support the Service Manager in coordinating service travel, installation, machine start-up, handling warranty issues for customers to ensure they are resolved, and administering the Preventive Maintenance program.

Qualifications:
Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED
2-Year Associates or Technical Degree
Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of the packaging industry preferred
Customer service interaction preferred
Strong understanding of pneumatic, vacuum, and lubrication systems
and a general understanding of electrical control devices (i.e. sensors, Solenoid valves, VFDs, LPC, and PLSs)
Experience And/or Other Requirements
3 – 4 years of demonstrated work experience in the packaging manufacturing industry or related technical field
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Mainly an office working environment
Occasional Assembly Floor presence required
Occasional travel required
