Requirements
Highly qualified applicants will possess the following skills and experiences:
- Existing welding certification, or the ability and desire to become certified
- Performing various welding functions under minimal supervision, meeting high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Evaluating engineering drawings for complex three-dimensional welded parts
- Acting as a subject matter expert for welding in support of engineers in design for manufacturing
- Performing MIG and TIG welding on various materials such as Stainless Steels, Aluminum sheet, and Mild Steels
- Designing fixtures and performing equipment maintenance
