The Corporate Human Resources Generalist supports the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping ensure HR policies, practices, and programs align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to prioritize work in a busy work environment and adhere to deadlines
Prior customer service/employee relations experience
Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database applications
Must be at least 18
Preferred
Previous office/administrative/payroll/HR experience
Knowledge of sales operations
Typical Schedule
Days
Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays as needed
Hours
9am-5pm, evenings as needed

Core Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation
- Administer employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Support employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially
- Coordinate benefits administration including employee education
- Assist with training and development programs
- Support payroll processes and timekeeping as needed
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete new hire processing including Social Security Administration verification
- Communicate employee leave requests including family medical, personal, and bereavement with management
- Support HR administrative functions/programs/events
- Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
