Responsibilities of the Skid Steer Operator

• Operate Skid Steer and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of electronic waste and recyclables.

• Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
  

Requirements of the Skid Steer Operator

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid forklift operator certification.

• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.???
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Class 2D hoisting license.

Compensation/Benefits for the Skid Steer Operator

• Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Pay Rate: Starting out at $22 DOE
