Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing inbound freight and maintaining accurate documentation. The position supports warehouse operations by verifying shipment accuracy and posting data into the computer system. You will collaborate with team members to support shipment schedules and inventory accuracy.
- Support unloading all inbound freight and maintain written documentation of transactions
- Support verifying accuracy of inbound freight bills and signing for materials
- Support posting data into the computer system
- Support picking, staging, and shipping finished goods orders using scanners
- Support completing shipment schedules and rotating product date codes during pulling operations
- Support maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be fluent in written and oral English
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical functions
- Must have established experience navigating a High Reach Forklift, specifically a Raymond 7500 Stand-Up Forklift with retractable forks
- Two plus years' experience in shipping/receiving
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Experience with sit-downs, stand-up forklift trucks, and scissor lifts
- Experience in load and unload trucks and warehouse documentation
Compensation
