In this role, you will play a crucial part in assembling and testing fiber optic components to meet the highest standards of excellence. Responsibilities of the Assembly

• Perform precision assembly of fiber optic components, including connectors, cables, and modules.

• Follow assembly instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate and compliant assembly.

• Use specialized tools and equipment to measure, cut, strip, and terminate fiber optic cables.

• Accurately record all daily production and scrap data.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  

Requirements of the Assembly

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or vocational certification in a relevant field is a plus.

• Previous experience in fiber optic assembly or related field is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with fiber optic assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.

• Understanding of fiber optic terminations, connectors, and splicing.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional manual dexterity.

• Proficient in using basic measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  

Compensation/Benefits for the Assembly
