Responsibilities of the Overnight Machine Operator

• Perform assembly work of a highly repetitive nature.

• Operate production machines and equipment efficiently.

• Follow verbal and written directions to ensure product quality.

• Use fixed gauges and perform visual inspections to maintain standards.

• Utilize hand tools for simple and repetitive secondary operations.

• Count, pack, seal, label, and stack work products accurately.

• Record scrap and production data in the ERP System.

• Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
  

Requirements of the Overnight Machine Operator

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.

• Proficiency with hand tools and ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• 0-1 years of minimum work experience.
  

Compensation/Benefits for the Overnight Machine Operator

• Pay Rate $18.53 DOE
