We are currently hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Strategic Sourcing Team. In this role, you’ll manage contract portfolios across their entire lifecycle while helping to shape strategic sourcing initiatives that align with member needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes: supplier identification, RFP development, bid openings, evaluations, and contract awards.
- Continuously evaluate supplier and contract performance using data-driven insights to optimize offerings and support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new strategies and expand contract portfolios based on member purchasing patterns.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, members, and internal teams to foster a culture of trust and shared success.
- Act as a liaison to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods and services to members.

Qualifications
- BA in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
- Public procurement experience (preferably municipal or government)
- MCPPO certification preferred
- Knowledge of Massachusetts procurement laws and municipal finance practices
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), databases, and online research

Work Environment:
