Forklift Operator

Position Summary:

Responsible for safely operating forklifts and performing a wide range of warehouse and general labor duties to support daily operations. Ensures efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, and a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.
• Transport products to designated storage areas and maintain proper warehouse organization.
• Perform general labor tasks including packing, sorting, labeling, and palletizing products.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including staging and verifying incoming/outgoing orders.
• Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
• Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Basic math, communication, and teamwork skills.
