Marketing Analyst
Location: Boston, MA Area (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office)
Compensation: $90,000 – $125,000 Base Salary Bonus Comprehensive Benefits
About the Opportunity
A leading global investment management organization is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join its growing marketing and business development team. This role will focus heavily on the preparation and management of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), consultant databases, and other marketing and client-facing materials that support business development efforts across institutional and intermediary channels. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and project management skills with experience supporting investment products and sales initiatives within an asset management, wealth management, or institutional investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Marketing Support
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and completion of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and related business development materials.
- Maintain and update marketing content libraries, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Partner with investment professionals, product specialists, compliance, and business development teams to gather and validate content.
- Manage multiple proposal deadlines and deliver high-quality materials in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing presentations, fact sheets, capability statements, and client-facing communications.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Contribute to content creation and messaging across investment strategies and distribution channels.
Content Management & Process Improvement
- Maintain proposal management systems and consultant databases.
- Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflow efficiency, and proposal turnaround times.
- Participate in marketing technology, content governance, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience within investment marketing, RFP management, proposal writing, or related financial services marketing roles preferred.
- Candidates with 3–4 years of highly relevant investment management RFP experience will also be considered.
- Experience supporting asset management, institutional investment, OCIO, family office, wealth management, or related financial services organizations.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with proposal management software and consultant databases is a plus.
