Masis Professional Group is seeking a Quality Specialist Trainer to support quality standards, inspection processes, and employee training. Our client is a New England-based custom metal fabrication and manufacturing company with more than 50 years of experience. The company provides precision sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, metal finishing, prototyping, and electromechanical assembly services. Their Nashua, NH facility supports in-house machining services, including milling and turning, for industries such as aerospace, defense, electronics, and medical device manufacturing. . This role is ideal for someone with strong quality inspection experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and coach production team members on proper procedures, documentation, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train production and quality team members on inspection procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Review blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Ensure employees understand proper measuring techniques and the proper use of inspection tools.
- Assist with identifying quality issues, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate training records and quality documentation.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve processes.
- Reinforce safety, quality, and compliance expectations on the manufacturing floor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process consistency.
Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, or manufacturing training experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to coach employees in a clear, professional, and supportive manner.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience with ISO standards or quality management systems preferred.
- CNC machining, sheet metal, metal fabrication, aerospace, defense, electronics, or medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
