We are currently seeking a CNC Lathe Operator who takes pride in producing precision parts and wants to be part of a team-focused shop.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision components
- Work with Fanuc controls, including understanding G-Code and M-Code setup instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints and dimensional specifications
- Use precision measuring tools including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Indicators
- Depth gauges
- Run parts efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for a precision machine shop
