💵 $37-$41 per hour.
A Global leader in Hospital Generics is seeking a Business Systems Administrator for a long-term contract role at their state-of-the-art Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, PA.
🎯 In this key role, you'll manage all administrative duties related to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) system, provide SAP support across Operations, lead data analysis and process improvement, and assist with reporting across departments. You'll also serve as the site SME for SAP, helping to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence.
🛠 Responsibilities Include:
- MES user access, roles, and rights management
- Master Batch Record (MBR) design and troubleshooting
- Ticketing and vendor liaison for MES/SAP issues
- Support for reporting, analytics, and monthly data reviews
- Lead site-wide SAP support
- Continuous improvement in MES, SAP, and related systems
✅ What You Bring:
- Experience with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Experience with the PAS-X MES system specifically is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP PP, MM, and QM modules desired
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Access)
- 5 years of advanced computer/systems experience
- High attention to detail and GMP-compliant documentation
