Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift (40 hours/week)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $124,000
We are currently partnering with a reputable Women's Clinic in the Salinas, CA market to recruit a dedicated and experienced X-Ray/Mammography Technician for a full-time opportunity. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a structured weekly schedule: 2 days working as an X-Ray Technician, 2 days as a Mammography Technician, and 1 day for administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality mammograms and X-rays using advanced imaging equipment and standardized techniques.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and reassuring experience for patients by explaining procedures clearly and addressing questions or concerns.
- Review images for clarity, positioning, and diagnostic quality, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate diagnosis and timely care coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Mammography Technician.
- Experience operating both mammography and X-ray equipment.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and medical imaging protocols.
- Detail-oriented with strong adherence to safety standards and procedural accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging center.
- Familiarity with PACS systems for image storage and retrieval.
- Knowledge of radiation safety practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to perform additional diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound or bone density scans is a plus.
- Ongoing commitment to continuing education in medical imaging and mammography.
