We’re looking for an engaging, strategic restaurant operations leader—someone who builds high-performing teams, drives operational excellence, and delivers results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
· Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3–5 District Managers overseeing 15–20 restaurants across the Indianapolis region.
· Champion operational excellence through consistent execution, clear systems, and disciplined leadership.
· Develop and grow restaurant leaders at every level—building strong teams and future talent pipelines.
· Own the P&L—driving profitability, efficiency, and performance across all locations.
· Deliver unforgettable guest experiences while ensuring quality, speed, and hospitality at every touchpoint.
· Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic growth plans, including new restaurant openings.
What You Bring
· Proven success leading multi-unit QSR or Fast Casual operations at the Director level or higher.
· A track record of driving both top- and bottom-line growth and successfully opening new restaurants.
· An inspirational leadership style that energizes teams and builds strong culture.
· Strong financial acumen and P&L mastery.
· A hands-on, systems-driven approach with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
