What We’re Looking For:
· Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaker
· 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a fast casual restaurant or quick service restaurant setting
· Strong operational experience in kitchen and FOH management
· Proven success with P&L management, food safety, staffing, and sales forecasting
· A passion for developing food service teams and leading by example
· A creative mindset for local store marketing and community involvement
· A drive to deliver a great guest service, every day
