Our expanding single-brand quick service restaurant company—one of the most recognized names in the food service industry—is seeking an experienced QSR or Fast-Casual Restaurant District Manager to lead our Hobart, Indiana market into the future.
We’re growing quickly in 2026 and need proven restaurant leaders who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, inspire their teams, and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For:
· 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership as a District Manager or Area Manager
· Experience overseeing 5 restaurant units
· A track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams
· Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
· Skilled in restaurant operations, training, and execution
· A leader with a bold, engaging personality who leads by example
· Someone ready to ditch the clipboard and get in the game
