Maintenance Technician – Hospitality Industry (SC, NC and Virgina)
We’re seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff. This role handles routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and quick response to facility issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep. Ideal candidates are hands‐on problem solvers with strong attention to detail and experience in hotels, resorts, or other hospitality settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment issues
- Complete preventative maintenance schedules
- Maintain guest‐ready rooms, public areas, and back‐of‐house spaces
- Respond quickly to service requests and safety concerns
- Work collaboratively with management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Flexible schedule; occasional weekends or evenings
