We’re hiring an energetic and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our fast casual restaurant team as we are launching an exciting new restaurant in the Boston, Massachusetts area!This new restaurant concept is a streamlined, fast-casual version of our nationally recognized, award-winning full-service brand — which currently operates over 1,250 successful restaurant locations. We’re bringing the best of what we’ve learned into this innovative, guest-focused model, with plans to open 20 more locations in 2026!If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a dynamic restaurant brand and be part of something new and exciting from the ground up — we want to meet you!What We Offer:· Competitive base salary of $65,000-70,000, depending on experience· Annual performance bonus potential· Medical, dental, and vision insurance stipend· Paid time off· Excellent quality of life with a manageable 45-hour work week· Career growth with a rapidly expanding brandWhat We’re Looking For:· Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or casual dining restaurant preferred)· Strong understanding of COG control, labor management, and team development· Proven ability to lead both Front of House and Back of House teams· Serve Safe certification· Passion for guest satisfaction and building a positive team culture· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening· Bilingual candidates are a plus!Key Responsibilities:· Drive daily operations and uphold our brand’s high standards for quality and service· Lead, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH staff· Oversee team scheduling and labor cost control· Conduct food and supply inventory, and manage ordering· Interview, hire, and onboard new team members· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations· Ensure a welcoming, high-energy guest experience at all timesWho You Are:You're a hands-on food service leader with the ability to balance operational execution with team development and guest engagement.
