- Work week is 37.5 hrs.

The School of Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology department is seeking a full-time clinical faculty member.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Participate in the day to day activities of the the division of OB/GYN;
- Provide direct clinical supervision of residents;
- Provide didactic instruction to residents;
- Provide student lectures, seminar, moderation, and clinical teaching in conjunction with student curriculum devised by the Clerkship director;
- Participate on the clinical research program developed in the the department and facilitate recruitment of patients on an as needed basis;
- Provide direct patient care;
- Participate in the OB/GYN generalist call schedule on a regular basis;
- Participate in the weekly inhouse call schedule;
- Participate in any other clinical activities of the department;
- Consult with the Chair on any potential new OB/GYN market opportunities;
- Participate in productivity and cost analysis projects;
- Work closely with the Curriculum committee of the MUSOM to ensure compatibility of departmental goals and objectives with institutional goas and objectives;
- Visit rural sited for appropriateness of training;
- Explore new and innovative teaching techniques.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Medical degree or foreign equivalent
- Completion of a four year residency in obstetrics and gynecology and American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology certification or active candidate required.
