Electrical Contracting Office | Full-Time or Part-Time:
We are a busy and growing electrical contracting company seeking a motivated Office Assistant with 1–2 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry. This position supports daily office operations and works closely with management, field crews, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and greeting customers professionally.
Assisting with scheduling, work orders, and job files.
Supporting billing, invoicing, and basic accounts receivable/payable.
Communicating with electricians, vendors, and suppliers.
Maintaining organized records and office documentation.
General administrative and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of office experience in electrical or construction preferred.
Familiarity with job costing, work orders, or construction terminology a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in basic computer programs (QuickBooks or similar software a plus).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.
