Full-Time or Part-Time | Electrical Contracting Office:
We are a well-established, Bethel based electrical contracting company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our office team. This role is available full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
Managing customer accounts and outstanding balances.
Contacting customers via phone and email regarding past-due invoices.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
Working closely with office staff and project managers.
Providing professional and courteous customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous collections, accounts receivable, or office experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers and handling sensitive information.
Proficient with basic computer systems (QuickBooks experience a plus).
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
