Training: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Post Training: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the receiving and logistics departments and act as a liaison between the project departments.
- Receive, check-in, and organize gear and lighting project products including properly marking and consolidating material for project jobs regularly to make the best use of warehousing space.
- Manage inventory with proper use RF scanners to receive, locate, and pull items for delivery.
- Prepare outbound shipments for jobsite delivery properly scanning labeling and packing all material in accordance with operational protocols.
- Work towards continuous improvement of the operations through implementation of cost savings, cost avoidance and process improvement opportunities identified throughout the warehouse operations.
- Work on issue resolution on PO’s and orders with the project department.
- Operate warehouse equipment during loading and unloading material.
- Notify supervisor or manager about problems with orders, damages, or shortages of inventory.
- Follow all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment.
- Responsible for acting in accordance with Mars’ Safety procedures with all employees.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive responsibilities in warehouse operations, or combination of relevant education and work experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in receiving.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Experienced with warehouse equipment including forklift & RF scanner.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, customer service and efficiency in past roles.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, accommodating all levels of operational requests and management.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb, lift, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
