What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Office Administrator position at Bliss Allred & Co.?

We are looking for an effective office clerk who has the ability to work diligently and independently. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with office equipment and procedures. This is a year round, part-time position. The hours are flexible, but generally would be more during the spring/fall, less during the summer months.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, scanner, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Skills

  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes. Experience with Office 365 and Adobe preferred.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
