We are seeking motivated Account Representatives to assist consumers with managing and resolving account-related inquiries. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced call center environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and looking for long-term career growth.

Location: Oceanside, CA
Compensation: $19.50-20.50/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am or 8am start time (8 hours per day) plus 2 Saturday's a month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consumers with account questions and adjustments
• Negotiate and process payments on accounts at various delinquency stages
• Follow company and client policies and procedures
• Provide professional, solution-focused customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math, typing, and computer skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Reliability and willingness to learn
• Must pass Math and Typing assessment

Work Environment:

• Office-based position
• Prolonged sitting and computer use
• Use of telephone headset; moderate noise level
