Call Center Soft Collections Account Representative

Job Title: Account RepresentativeLocation: Oceanside, CACompensation: $19.50-20.50/hr depending on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am or 8am start time (8 hours per day) plus 2 Saturday's a monthPosition Summary:We are seeking motivated Account Representatives to assist consumers with managing and resolving account-related inquiries. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced call center environment.
