What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center / Account Services Representative position at All Pro Bail Bonds?
Responsible for contacting clients for the purpose of collecting current, missed, and outstanding payments. Meet or exceed all departmental goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities
· Provide superior customer service
· Maintain daily and monthly calls, revenue and EFT goals
· Process customer payments
· Handle inbound and outbound calls
· Contact clients to collect current, missed, and outstanding payments
· Take actions to encourage timely payments and payoffs
· Set-up and recover EFT payments
· Accurately notate and update client accounts and statuses
· Perform duties in the Accounts Services department as needed
· Contribute to the Account Services team to meet all departmental goals.
