Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and rotating on-call responsibilities.

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to help maintain our residential communities and deliver exceptional service to residents. In this role, you'll perform a variety of repairs, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep to ensure our homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance issues
• Repair and maintain water heaters, faucets, drains, outlets, switches, GFCI outlets, and breakers
• Service appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
• Perform HVAC preventive maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and leak inspections
• Complete apartment turns and inspect vacant units for lease readiness
• Repair doors, windows, roofing, and water intrusion issues
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Maintain pool and common areas
• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal
• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as scheduled

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or related trades
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Ability to safely use power tools and maintenance equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials and equipment
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in confined spaces
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Uniform shirts and jackets provided.
