Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the overall execution, financial performance, and administrative control of multiple site development projects. The SPM provides leadership to Project Managers and field teams, ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, and serves as a primary point of contact for owners, developers, and general contractors.

The SPM provides leadership to Project Managers and field teams, ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, and serves as a primary point of contact for owners, developers, and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple site development projects from award through closeout
- Ensure scope, schedule, and budget compliance across all projects
- Support field leadership in resolving constructability and sequencing challenges
- Maintain consistent execution standards across projects, and minimize rework
- Own financial performance for assigned projects
- Review and manage job cost reports, forecasts, and costtocomplete
- Monitor labor productivity, equipment costs, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure timely billing, change order pricing, and revenue recovery
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials with field leadership
- Anticipate risks and proactively adjust execution plans
- Ensure alignment between schedule, production, and cost
- Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures
- Ensure quality standards and inspections are followed
- Address noncompliance and corrective actions promptly
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability
Required:
- 8 years of site work or civil construction experience
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and stormwater systems
- Experience with project financials, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Proficiency in construction software (HCSS, Bluebeam, Excel)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience with commercial, residential, municipal and DOT projects
- Knowledge of local permitting and inspection processes
