3:30pm- 2:00am
Alliance Printing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing team members, ensuring safety, efficient production, and meeting customer expectations for quality and delivery. This role is critical to maintaining high performance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure products are manufactured to meet performance, quality, and delivery standards.
- Create and execute production plans by prioritizing tasks, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and addressing any issues.
- Report production flow results through detailed shift production summaries.
- Compile and present manufacturing information to senior leadership, responding promptly to questions or requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes for better efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members on proper production procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Computer operation – Operation of inventory control and ability to effectively communicate via email.
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
- Ability to work in a variety of roles.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ideal for someone who is:
- Has 3 years managing employees.
- Understanding of print and finishing equipment operations and maintenance preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Comfortable with lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, standing and walking
